By accessing or using the services provided by Altos Digital LLC ("the Company"), including but not limited to altosdigital.com, paseolibre.com, botuyo.com, and zlag.net (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Altos Digital LLC is a software development studio based in Wyoming, USA that designs, develops, and operates digital platforms across TravelTech, Artificial Intelligence, and Gaming infrastructure. The Services include:

  • PaseoLibre: an Online Travel Agency (OTA) platform for accommodation booking.
  • BotUyo: an AI SaaS platform for enterprise conversational agents.
  • Zlag: high-performance VPN infrastructure optimized for gaming.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services require account creation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your access credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable law.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, are owned by Altos Digital LLC or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you through the use of the Services.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Services.

7. Payments and Billing

Certain Services may require payment of fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and corresponding taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability with a 99.9% uptime target, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALTOS DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

The Company's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altos Digital LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services after posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
